In the 12th minute Claudio Matthew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Estevez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jorge Estevez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Matthew during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Claudio Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Valentin Pagomari fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frontera AFC's protests and gave Valentin Pagomari a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Frontera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Pagomari. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Larpe in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Gaufred saved Frontera AFC from getting behind. Jorge Estevez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Rito, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Clemente Min charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Min the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pretorianos FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Clemente Min hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Enrique Rito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jorge Estevez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes Pretorianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Min. Mateo Felipillo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The audience cheered when Claudio Matthew's long shot passed Jorge Estevez's right side. It was 0-3, 35 minutes into the match. Jorge Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Matthew in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Claudio Matthew's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Estevez was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Jorge Estevez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Matthew's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Estevez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudio Matthew could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Jorge Estevez made a huge save. After 91 minutes, Albano Larpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pretorianos FC and the Frontera AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albano Larpe kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Pretorianos FC's Jorge Furman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvestre Solustiano, made in the 94th minute of the game.
