If Miguel Borja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Aaron Fe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Leonardo Gomesano got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Camilo Dalmu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Fe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Florentino Celipe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casimiro Ireno hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Rivero came free, but Florentino Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Casimiro Ireno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Dalmu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Patricio Rey Futbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Camilo Dalmu made the kick off in the second half. Florentino Celipe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Camilo Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Remir in the 61st minute of play forced C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Florentino Celipe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Leonardo Gomesano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Ireno hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes, Camilo Dalmu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO and the Patricio Rey Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Camilo Dalmu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Patricio Rey Futbol Club manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing C.U.E. DE COMERCIO to win.
