Tytus Gdowik was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Mszczyczyn booed when MKS Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Drzewucki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Szymon Gargasz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tytus Gdowik. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szymon Gargasz in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tytus Gdowik saved Mszczyczyn from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Piotr Bojanowski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tytus Gdowik, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herbert Mochadlo during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Jakub Drzewucki fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Majusiak was the one to do the kick off. Tytus Gdowik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakub Drzewucki went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 60th match minute, Mszczyczyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Ochylski to maneuver through the defense. Julian Zabrzeski hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Jakub Drzewucki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tytus Gdowik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With 74 minutes on the clock, Tadeusz Brudzisz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 75 played minutes Mszczyczyn got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Brudzisz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Drzewucki in the 76th minute of play forced Mszczyczyn's goalkeeper Tytus Gdowik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Knopek hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Herbert Mochadlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jakub Drzewucki's late challenge caught a Mszczyczyn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakub Drzewucki helped the player get up and apologised. Jakub Drzewucki hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Jakub Drzewucki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tytus Gdowik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tytus Gdowik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MKS Pogoń Szczecin. Mszczyczyn's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
