FC Latające Siekiery's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th minute, Gilbert Lodowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Jakubiak in the 20th minute of play forced FC Latające Siekiery's goalkeeper Wit Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zbyszek Limanowski 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. 30 minutes into the match, Zbigniew Gurgul notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Rega Merida CF's Walery Fleszar. Walery Fleszar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Rega Merida CF fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Rega Merida CF's Pawel Bialakowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 41 minutes into the game, Rega Merida CF's Roland Jakubiak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wit Jerzyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roland Jakubiak made a kick off. Pawel Bialakowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wit Jerzyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pawel Bialakowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Wit Jerzyk made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Pawel Bialakowski sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Czysty in the 57th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Walery Fleszar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Latające Siekiery booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Gollob didn't get a good kick on the ball. The FC Latające Siekiery fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when FC Latające Siekiery's Mariusz Czysty looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roland Jakubiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wit Jerzyk having to interfere. In the 67th minute Zbigniew Gurgul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Fleszar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulryk Sawicki kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Rega Merida CF's Arkadiusz Dziedelonis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wit Jerzyk but with some difficulty. Wit Jerzyk was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Roland Jakubiak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roland Jakubiak really showed his touch with that goal: 4-4. In the 76th match minute, FC Latające Siekiery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Kaczeniak to maneuver through the defense. Wit Jerzyk was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Roland Jakubiak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roland Jakubiak really showed his touch with that goal: 4-5. 82 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Gurgul came free, but Walery Fleszar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Rega Merida CF defense, Zbyszek Limanowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walery Fleszar. The Rega Merida CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walery Fleszar should have stopped the shot. Walery Fleszar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbyszek Limanowski went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-5 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Latające Siekiery fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rega Merida CF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
