Spectators: 155 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Concordia Knurów's Slawomir Puchlik started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Janusz Brack was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucjan Zacharek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Wiktor Dubilas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Puchlik in the 11th minute of play. If Slawomir Puchlik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miroslaw Glozor took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wiktor Dubilas. Wiktor Dubilas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Slawomir Puchlik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Dubilas having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Tytus Grucza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concordia Knurów the free kick. In the 29th minute, Tytus Grucza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Concordia Knurów's Damazy Zbytniewski got a free kick in the 30th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Janusz Brack successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Janusz Brack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Grucza in the 36th minute of play. Slawomir Puchlik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Dubilas having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Ludomir Wachna fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tytus Grucza was the one to do the kick off. After 62 played minutes Concordia Knurów got a freekick which was hit by Edward Kapinos. Concordia Knurów's Janusz Brack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Wachna in the 73rd minute of play. Wiktor Dubilas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Puchlik in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Slawomir Puchlik notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Wiktor Dubilas. Wiktor Dubilas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Miroslaw Glozor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wiktor Dubilas. That made the score 1-3 in the 91 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Concordia Knurów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ZŁ Bielsko-Biała.
