Jerzy Sawicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zula Smolarek's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Jerzy Sawicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Pacholewski in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Pacholewski in the 16th minute of play forced Janoszyce SSA's goalkeeper Jerzy Sawicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Juroszek charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kacper Juroszek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Soczewki Gliwice's Kacper Juroszek got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Soczewki Gliwice getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. The Janoszyce SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Sawicki should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Soczewki Gliwice booed when Janoszyce SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Matela didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Soczewki Gliwice were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cezary Pacholewski made the kick off in the second half. If Aureliusz Matela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerzy Sawicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cezary Pacholewski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerzy Sawicki. That made the score 0-4 in the 70 minute of play. Soczewki Gliwice's Bogumil Dobrowski was substituted for Eugeniusz Chazen. After some careless play in the Janoszyce SSA defense, Cezary Pacholewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Sawicki. The Janoszyce SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Sawicki should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Janoszyce SSA's Jerzy Sawicki got control of the ball when Cezary Pacholewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cezary Pacholewski made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 79thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Jerzy Sawicki would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbyszko Bara during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Soczewki Gliwice walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
