Edur Tarin came out and tried to block the shot, but Quilino Talavera slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. In the 11th minute of the game Cristián Gabas made a throw-in which Felip Contratas played forward. Sobrecastell UD's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Quilino Talavera 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Veto Jareño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cristián Gabas fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hispania's protests and gave Cristián Gabas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sobrecastell UD booed when Hispania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristián Gabas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sobrecastell UD's Edur Tarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quilino Talavera in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute Nel Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edur Tarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otero Radaban's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Edur Tarin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 40 played minutes Hispania got a freekick which was hit by Elivareo Novo. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Otero Radaban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edur Tarin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Felip Contratas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes in the game Veto Jareño did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felip Contratas. After some careless play in the Sobrecastell UD defense, Nel Gutierrez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edur Tarin. The Sobrecastell UD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edur Tarin should have stopped the shot. 5-0 became the score in the 80th minute when Quilino Talavera elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Francisco Gonzáles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabé Ribas having to interfere. Edur Tarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quilino Talavera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sobrecastell UD's Iker Flores got a free kick in the 96th minute.
