Arrozal FC's Mathias Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Arrozal FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Dé Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrozal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adilson Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Torreão OFF's Fellipe Velloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathias Guimarães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Arrozal FC got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Queirós. Mathias Guimarães didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Torreão OFF's Cláudio Teles shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cláudio Teles in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Falcão Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falcão Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Guimarães having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cláudio Teles in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Guimarães saved Arrozal FC from getting behind. Mathias Guimarães stood somewhat misplaced when Cláudio Teles came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. In the 44th minute, Cláudio Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonsinho Queirós hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Torreão OFF's Fellipe Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Torreão OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Borges to maneuver through the defense. Falcão Borges's late challenge caught a Arrozal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Falcão Borges helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Torreão OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Borges to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Cláudio Teles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Torreão OFF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience was convinced that Cláudio Teles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias Guimarães was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Afonsinho Queirós got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The referee gave Torreão OFF a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fellipe Velloso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arrozal FC's Mathias Guimarães. 5-0. Mathias Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cláudio Teles's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Falcão Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torreão OFF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Falcão Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Teles in the 81st minute of play forced Arrozal FC's goalkeeper Mathias Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cláudio Teles in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Cláudio Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torreão OFF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cláudio Teles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cláudio Teles came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Torreão OFF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Teles couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute of the match Luís Luz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mathias Guimarães skillfully saved the ball. Mathias Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Teles in the 93rd minute of play. Cláudio Teles took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Guimarães. Mathias Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Torreão OFF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
