Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Santoryu FC's Ermanno Tagliente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Carlo Cimino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alessandro Verdecchia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 8 played minutes Urbs LC got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Cimino. A hard shot by Ercole Battisti from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Diego Liberti's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Santoryu FC's Ermanno Tagliente got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dario Giorgio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ermanno Tagliente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute Dario Giorgio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Liberti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Verdecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Mujesan in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Lucio Mujesan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Verdecchia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Alvise Iacobucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Verdecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Mujesan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Corrado Lizzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corrado Lizzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Nero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Diego Liberti made a huge save. Alessandro Verdecchia came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Urbs LC's Lucio Mujesan. But to his dismay, Lucio Mujesan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 45th minute Carlo Cimino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Verdecchia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Mujesan in the 46th minute of play forced Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Verdecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucio Mujesan made a kick off. With a little luck, Santoryu FC's Alessandro Verdecchia got control of the ball when Carlo Cimino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Urbs LC's Dino Polmone got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 58 minutes, Carter Firmani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urbs LC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carter Firmani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbs LC's Diego Liberti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Tagliente in the 61st minute of play. Christian Raiola kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Dario Giorgio made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Urbs LC's Diego Liberti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Giorgio in the 88th minute of play forced Urbs LC's goalkeeper Diego Liberti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Cimino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Alessandro Verdecchia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Christian Raiola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santoryu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Urbs LC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Santoryu FC's Christian Raiola got a free kick in the 95th minute. Lucio Mujesan struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Alessandro Verdecchia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urbs LC. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
