After 3 played minutes Torre Dei Pinguini FC got a freekick which was hit by Franco Carciofo. In the 15th minute Florian Bellucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Antenucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Fausto Zollino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 21 minutes into the game, Bernardo Negri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stintino FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torre Dei Pinguini FC the free kick. Bernardo Negri hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Franco Carciofo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Filippo Antenucci made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Del Greco in the 28th minute of play forced Torre Dei Pinguini FC's goalkeeper Daniele Mirto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Stintino FC got a corner. Torre Dei Pinguini FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernardo Negri ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Bellucci in the 31st minute of play forced Stintino FC's goalkeeper Filippo Antenucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Alessandro Loreto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torre Dei Pinguini FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stintino FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Alessandro Loreto got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Carmine Del Greco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fausto Zollino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Filippo Antenucci made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Zollino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filippo Antenucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Bellucci in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Zollino in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filippo Antenucci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filippo Antenucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Zollino's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Ferdinando Verdone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filippo Antenucci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Fausto Zollino in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stintino FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinando Verdone in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippo Antenucci saved Stintino FC from getting behind. In the 68th match minute, Torre Dei Pinguini FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Papetti to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match Angelo Cristofari sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filippo Antenucci skillfully saved the ball. Ferdinando Verdone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Filippo Antenucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Cangiano kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Carmine Del Greco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Mirto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Fausto Zollino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stintino FC's Filippo Antenucci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florian Bellucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filippo Antenucci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Carmine Del Greco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Torre Dei Pinguini FC had played much better football throughout.
