With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Zollino in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Biagio Sessa saved Zola Predosa FC from getting behind. Florian Bellucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Sessa having to interfere. Ermanno Corelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Biagio Sessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dave Puddu during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Dave Puddu got a free kick in the 14th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Biagio Sessa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Carciofo. Biagio Sessa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Bellucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Florian Della Francesca struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Daniele Mirto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zola Predosa FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinando Verdone got free with Biagio Sessa in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Fausto Zollino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Torre Dei Pinguini FC booed when Zola Predosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Lusi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Bellucci came free, but Biagio Sessa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Fausto Zollino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torre Dei Pinguini FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Zollino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Sessa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Zola Predosa FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Antonio Lusi hit a great ball. Fausto Zollino struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Biagio Sessa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torre Dei Pinguini FC. Biagio Sessa came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Torre Dei Pinguini FC's Fausto Zollino. But to his dismay, Fausto Zollino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Damiano Renzi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Zola Predosa FC's Damiano Renzi got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Armando Fiori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Biagio Sessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Zollino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Zola Predosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Lusi. If Fausto Zollino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Lusi kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Torre Dei Pinguini FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
