Flavio Orden took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Serón. Ariel Serón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th minute Reyes Cuadra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Serón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tabalongo AFC's Flavio Orden got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Evaristo Pontigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nopoche's Ariel Serón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Paillalef in the 32nd minute of play. Evaristo Pontigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ruyman Amenábar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Nopoche's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Paillalef came free, but Ariel Serón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Paillalef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Serón having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Nopoche got a freekick which was hit by Pepe Barasarte. Teobaldo Orellana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Francisco Campbell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marc Javia kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After 53 minutes, Isaiás Tabilo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nopoche and the Tabalongo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes Nopoche got a freekick which was hit by Isaiás Tabilo. Ruyman Amenábar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th match minute, Nopoche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepe Barasarte to maneuver through the defense. Nopoche's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Flavio Orden scored to the left of an out of position Ariel Serón, making the score, 0-2. Juan Cristóbal Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, Nopoche's Ariel Serón got control of the ball when Marcos Francisco Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tabalongo AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
