The supporters of bambucha f.c booed when Montevideo City Torque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerico Villafana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Evis Espelz got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Lorenz Monterros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The bambucha f.c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Bonifacio Docanado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Santos Balbanea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcos Gallegos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerold Avila went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 21 minutes of play, bambucha f.c's Bonifacio Docanado made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Balbanea was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Innocenzio Sampayo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Balbanea saved Montevideo City Torque from getting behind. Santos Balbanea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Innocenzio Sampayo in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, bambucha f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Jerold Avila came free, but Marcos Gallegos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mincho Comillas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Jerold Avila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Gallegos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cugat Larrañaga during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Docanado in the 54th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Santos Balbanea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Vellito Cabañeros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montevideo City Torque's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave bambucha f.c the free kick. Santos Balbanea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 59 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Umbruso Rosa came free, but Santos Balbanea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Bonifacio Docanado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Balbanea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shantala Mariategui in the 70th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Santos Balbanea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenz Monterros came free, but Santos Balbanea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in bambucha f.c's zone, Jerold Avila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Gallegos came out of the goal and Jerold Avila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Gallegos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerico Villafana in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Montevideo City Torque's Evis Espelz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Evis Espelz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Montevideo City Torque protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Evis Espelz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 87 minutes into the game, one of Montevideo City Torque:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Montevideo City Torque's Santos Balbanea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenz Monterros in the 95th minute of play. Jerold Avila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Marcos Gallegos made a huge save. Santos Balbanea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karmel Fajardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. bambucha f.c were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Montevideo City Torque for a fine match.
