An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Orue in the 19th minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Jorrin Artiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Valverde came free, but Gian-Carlo Caselles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nevada Chapital received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gian-Carlo Caselles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorrin Artiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarando Dolmos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gian-Carlo Caselles didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when C.S.D Punta Ballena's Federico Valverde shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 32nd minute Sabino Orue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorrin Artiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gian-Carlo Caselles having to interfere. Federico Valverde had several of the El Pinar's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Gian-Carlo Caselles as he didn't even see the shot coming. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Jorrin Artiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Orue in the 41st minute of play. Federico Valverde received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gian-Carlo Caselles came out and tried to block the shot, but Federico Valverde slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Valverde was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Federico Valverde notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of El Pinar's Gian-Carlo Caselles. Gian-Carlo Caselles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jorrin Artiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosario Encalada in the 57th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, El Pinar's Sabino Orue made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorrin Artiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 65 played minutes C.S.D Punta Ballena got a freekick which was hit by Bastia Llantada. In the 70th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haritz Cullar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarando Dolmos in the 74th minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Jorrin Artiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of C.S.D Punta Ballena booed when El Pinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosario Encalada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Lazaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jorrin Artiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Federico Valverde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gian-Carlo Caselles was relentless in the 81st minute of the game.
