Zekai Doğanay started the match with the kick off. Ertuğrul Özinan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zekai Doğanay in the 11th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serhat Osman during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, CAN ERZURUM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serhat Osman to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Ali Baran İkbal made a precise shot to the right of Anıl Cenk Esentürk. Doğanyurt FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Faruk Nafiz Ökmener succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 16th playminute. Doğanyurt FK's Orhan Eraslan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Halil İbrahim Oğuzbay, made in the 20th minute of the game. Anıl Cenk Esentürk made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Faruk Nafiz Ökmener sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of CAN ERZURUM booed when Doğanyurt FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyit Paker didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Özden Uruç sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anıl Cenk Esentürk skillfully saved the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Ersin Baba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anıl Cenk Esentürk, 4-0. 29 minutes into the game, Hakkı Deniz Yerlikaya threw the ball into play from the sideline. Doğanyurt FK's Seyit Paker quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 34 played minutes CAN ERZURUM got a freekick which was hit by Özden Uruç. Seyit Paker kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Anıl Cenk Esentürk acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Özden Uruç. Ertuğrul Özinan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zekai Doğanay in the 41st minute of play. Anıl Cenk Esentürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aha Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orhan Eraslan hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Anıl Cenk Esentürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serhat Osman in the 51st minute of the match. After 52 minutes of play, CAN ERZURUM's Ersin Baba made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Cenk Esentürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Okan Buruk hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Doğanyurt FK's goal looked a bit too open when Faruk Nafiz Ökmener came free, but Anıl Cenk Esentürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ersin Baba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Anıl Cenk Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Machinam in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Ali Baran İkbal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After 71 minutes Doğanyurt FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Özden Uruç who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on CAN ERZURUM's corner Faruk Nafiz Ökmener fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anıl Cenk Esentürk quite easily take care of the ball. Anıl Cenk Esentürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faruk Nafiz Ökmener in the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Zekai Doğanay came free, but Ertuğrul Özinan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Golo Machinam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. When Golo Machinam fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CAN ERZURUM's protests and gave Golo Machinam a yellow card for diving instead. Anıl Cenk Esentürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faruk Nafiz Ökmener, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. CAN ERZURUM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
