But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lütfullah Ciray couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Ali Asım Şensal made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, SOFiNiN KEDiSi's Emin Akbora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vefa Aktaşoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Ali Asım Şensal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. SOFiNiN KEDiSi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee ignored Lazutlar SK's protests and gave Lütfullah Ciray a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Lazutlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lütfullah Ciray to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Lazutlar SK's Vefa Aktaşoğlu got control of the ball when Ahmet İlke Yesari tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SOFiNiN KEDiSi's zone, Lütfullah Ciray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alpertunga Akbatu came out of the goal and Lütfullah Ciray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over SOFiNiN KEDiSi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lazutlar SK throughout the match.
