Wen Jie Ting could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ariel Leguizamón made a huge save. Charlie Grantham kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Arrows Academy FC's Santiago Abastas got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcin Cebula in the 98th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 98 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ulysses Madureira made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ged Nightingale was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Clapham Comets F.C. had won after a very even match.
