An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanyo Kobakov in the 12th minute of play forced The Wheeliebins's goalkeeper Carlton Harkness to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valiant F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gonzalo Astrada in the 13th minute. It was a well-played corner which Yu Ting Jian managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Yu Ting Jian got in the 13th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Carlton Harkness handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The Valiant F.C fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Valiant F.C's Yu Ting Jian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanyo Kobakov in the 16th minute of play forced The Wheeliebins's goalkeeper Carlton Harkness to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Stanyo Kobakov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valiant F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 27 played minutes The Wheeliebins got a freekick which was hit by Larry Blackwood. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanyo Kobakov in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlton Harkness saved The Wheeliebins from getting behind. In the 29thth minute of the game Stanyo Kobakov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Wheeliebins's Carlton Harkness was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlton Harkness took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanyo Kobakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match Valiant F.C got a corner. The Wheeliebins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonzalo Astrada ran over to the corner to take the kick. Carlton Harkness made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanyo Kobakov in the 36th minute of play. Stuart Wakefield kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Stanyo Kobakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlton Harkness saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Wheeliebins's Murdock Askew got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Carlton Harkness came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Valiant F.C's Stanyo Kobakov. But to his dismay, Stanyo Kobakov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Valiant F.C's Lucrețiu Ciocâlteu was substituted for Pedro Henry. The Wheeliebins's Carlton Harkness played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanyo Kobakov in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Stanyo Kobakov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valiant F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Yu Ting Jian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlton Harkness having to make a save. Stanyo Kobakov took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlton Harkness. Carlton Harkness dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Stanyo Kobakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
