Adrian Lucian started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the game, FC Valea Lotrului's Ionică Martinaș nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pompiliu Ciociu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, S.S. United Buzau's goalkeeper Pompiliu Ciociu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavril Zăreanu. kaya Akkanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz İlkay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.S. United Buzau's Pompiliu Ciociu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Martinaș in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of FC Valea Lotrului booed when S.S. United Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aziz İlkay didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mugur Phoenix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pompiliu Ciociu. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Valea Lotrului's Pompiliu Ciociu threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vintilă Stamatiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 24th minute, FC Valea Lotrului's Mugur Phoenix dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Pompiliu Ciociu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionică Martinaș in the 27th minute. Pompiliu Ciociu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugur Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Pompiliu Ciociu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Stamatiu in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, S.S. Pompiliu Ciociu came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Valea Lotrului's Marius Ficsinescu. But to his dismay, Marius Ficsinescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 68th minute, Ionică Martinaș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Valea Lotrului fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Aziz İlkay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. kaya Akkanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Vintilă Stamatiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Ciociu was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Pompiliu Ciociu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Zăreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Vintilă Stamatiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pompiliu Ciociu. S.S. United Buzau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vintilă Stamatiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Pompiliu Ciociu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionică Martinaș went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the match, Marius Ficsinescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pompiliu Ciociu. S.S. United Buzau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marius Ficsinescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. A collision led to S.S. United Buzau getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Aziz İlkay hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Seco during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Phoenix in the 94th minute of play forced S.S. United Buzau's goalkeeper Pompiliu Ciociu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Valea Lotrului walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
