Samurai's Abram Cadabra got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wu Qi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rune Söder made a huge save. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Olsson in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Samurai's Wu Qi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rune Söder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Timmy Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner ended in Abram Cadabra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder did a great save. After 31 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Wu Qi. Marcus Skytt did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Rune Söder 34 minutes into the match. Rune Söder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wu Qi in the 36th minute. Samurai's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abram Cadabra in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Firma Barnängen's Harry Andreasson got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With his leg Rune Söder managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Samurai's Wu Qi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rune Söder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Olsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Olsson in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes Samurai's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matthias Ekström who took care of the corner kick. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Samurai's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthias Ekström was slow to take the kick. During this time Firma Barnängen's players had a chance to rest. Humberto Alcaraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samurai's Morgan Vassenius was substituted for Taha Campbell. Rune Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Bivall in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when Samurai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Bivall came free, but Rune Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Allan Bivall in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Söder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Hultstrand in the 76th minute of play forced Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samurai's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abram Cadabra in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute Wu Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Söder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Allan Bivall went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Firma Barnängen getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Bernt Runberg hit a great ball. Samurai's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
