In a very dangerous position, a player in Glemmingebro IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Glemmingebro IF:s Zheng Zhen showed great skill when he stopped Milan Pavlovský:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Stockholm Generals's Kurt Holmberg got a free kick in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalle Stål got free with Ivar Unesson in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the match, Stockholm Generals's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Browall came free, but Ivar Unesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Nils Browall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivar Unesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Kalle Stål who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Ivar Unesson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stockholm Generals were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Glemmingebro IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kurt Holmberg took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Kurt Holmberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zheng Zhen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 22nd minute Kalle Stål shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Unesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivar Unesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Bergstedt in the 25th minute. Stockholm Generals's Mario Ariwibowo was substituted for Alexis Sánchez. In the 33rd minute, Milan Pavlovský got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wu Feng Zhen made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alf Möller immediately put the ball in play. Ivar Unesson was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Allan Bergstedt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Allan Bergstedt really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. A collision led to Glemmingebro IF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Abdi Nazmi hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Milan Pavlovský to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Alf Möller in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Stockholm Generals's Sören Lindqvist. Ivar Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Browall, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Glemmingebro IF booed when Stockholm Generals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Unesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Browall in the 65th minute of the match. Ivar Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Browall, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Nils Browall took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivar Unesson. Ivar Unesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Alf Möller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivar Unesson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Stål in the 78th minute of play forced Stockholm Generals's goalkeeper Ivar Unesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glemmingebro IF were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Stockholm Generals's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alf Möller took the corner. Glemmingebro IF's Nils Browall got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stockholm Generals's Ivar Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Browall in the 89th minute of play. If Kalle Stål had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Glemmingebro IF had won after a very even match.
