The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when 1910 Di Blåe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Odman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Aron Dahlbom made a huge save. André Johnsson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Mats Wilander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torbjörn Helander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Pete Sampras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Torbjörn Helander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute, Andre Agassi made a precise shot to the right of Torbjörn Helander. 1910 Di Blåe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alf Säfström kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Aron Dahlbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Odman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Alf Säfström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Thomas Odman came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the 1910 Di Blåe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Odman couldn't finish the play. The 1910 Di Blåe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MAFFIAN were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andre Agassi to strike the kick off in the second half. Aron Dahlbom came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by 1910 Di Blåe's Thomas Odman. But to his dismay, Thomas Odman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 1910 Di Blåe's Lucas Kvalfält was substituted for Thomas Odman. A hard shot 66 in the game by Mats Wilander from a close distance when the talented Torbjörn Helander managed to make a qualified save. 1910 Di Blåe's players were relieved. Aron Dahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Kvalfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 78 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Börje Frisk. In the 81st minute, Rasmus Kilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Lucas Kvalfält made a precise shot to the right of Aron Dahlbom. MAFFIAN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Agassi in the 90th minute of play forced 1910 Di Blåe's goalkeeper Torbjörn Helander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Kvalfält in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Dahlbom saved MAFFIAN from getting behind. The 1910 Di Blåe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MAFFIAN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
