AC Papaya's Georg Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th match minute, AC Papaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Odin to maneuver through the defense. Georg Karlsson scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikael Sjögren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute Arman Högström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Karlsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mikael Sjögren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georg Karlsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Mikael Sjögren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Georg Karlsson in the 18th minute. Georg Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Lundström in the 21st minute of play forced AC Papaya's goalkeeper Sigvard Edström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Billy Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Henry Tolsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Rune Blom in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC Papaya's Oliver Eriksson. With an all-out effort, AC Papaya's Mikael Sjögren threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Georg Karlsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 32 played minutes AC Papaya got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Odin. The throw-in from Rune Blom in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Papaya's Oliver Eriksson. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Esbjörn Olofsson with Henry Tolsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 42nd minute, Rune Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to AC Papaya getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Wilson Ribeiro hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 50th minute, Esbjörn Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When AC Papaya's Georg Karlsson in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. AC Papaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Karlsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Karlsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Sjögren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Rune Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boomerang Bombers's Mikael Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Karlsson in the 69th minute of play. Jörn Hellsing hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Vilhelm Falkrans, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Karlsson came free, but Mikael Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match, Billy Sundberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sigvard Edström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 86 minutes into the match, AC Papaya's goalkeeper Sigvard Edström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Sundberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Karlsson in the 88th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Mikael Sjögren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Sjögren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nino de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. AC Papaya were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Boomerang Bombers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vilhelm Falkrans took the corner. When the referee blew the final whistle, AC Papaya could leave the field as winners, despite Boomerang Bombers having more of the ball for most of the match.
