Yngve Lägdin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Brogren's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand IK's goalkeeper Daniel Alrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukas Käcker. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kullavik FF's goalkeeper Yngve Lägdin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Oğuz Beybolat kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vendel Földesi in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Lägdin saved Kullavik FF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vendel Földesi in the 24th minute of play forced Kullavik FF's goalkeeper Yngve Lägdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Måns Göransson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yngve Lägdin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 39 played minutes Mellbystrand IK got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Abersell.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kurt Brogren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kurt Brogren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Yngve Lägdin made a huge save. Kurt Brogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Brogren in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Lägdin saved Kullavik FF from getting behind. Daniel Alrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Busk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yngve Lägdin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Brogren in the 64th minute. Kurt Brogren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Kullavik FF defense, Vendel Földesi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yngve Lägdin. The Kullavik FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yngve Lägdin should have stopped the shot. If Kurt Brogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Konrad Nordin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Alrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvin Almstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Vendel Földesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukas Käcker kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Kurt Brogren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Yngve Lägdin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vendel Földesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Yngve Lägdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kullavik FF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mellbystrand IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Mellbystrand IK.
