Jorge Ruas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Mike van Kampen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 12th minute Andarilhos were awarded a corner. Jorge Ruas went to the cornerflag to take it. Jorge Ruas made a great header on Andarilhos's corner, it was just that Matos Velhos's Mike van Kampen managed to reach the ball for a save. 13 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's Patrício Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mike van Kampen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mike van Kampen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorino Oto in the 16th minute. Mike van Kampen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Ruas in the 18th minute of play. Mike van Kampen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Oto, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Heigo Luiga took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Oblak. Jon Oblak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorino Oto in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike van Kampen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Ruas in the 56th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Mike van Kampen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Ruas in the 68th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Mike van Kampen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mike van Kampen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antony Bruno in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Matos Velhos's goal looked a bit too open when Antony Bruno came free, but Mike van Kampen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Sabino Vilhena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jon Oblak, 1-3. In the 87th minute Joaquim Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike van Kampen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Idalécio Fontes hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Candal. Matos Velhos's Henrique Candal came free and shot a quick shot against goal 91 minutes in the game, fortunately Jon Oblak had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jiang Qing Lin.
