The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Irwin Monney. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jiang Shu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 minutes FC BAYBURT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albain Furst who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jonas Herz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu did a great save. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jiang Shu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jonas Herz came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Zelg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Herz couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Othello Simon. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvain Grootaerts in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Zelg FC were awarded a corner. Albain Furst went to the cornerflag to take it. Albain Furst made a great header on Zelg FC's corner, it was just that FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu managed to reach the ball for a save. 24 minutes into the game, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jiang Shu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jiang Shu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Herz's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Jiang Shu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilles Clerc in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, FC BAYBURT's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Jiang Shu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC BAYBURT getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Beniamino Bergmann hit a great ball. Jiang Shu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Herz went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Carl Konig hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes, Zelg FC's Albain Furst shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jiang Shu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zelg FC reached it. If Jonas Herz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Silvain Grootaerts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Jonas Herz made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Zelg FC booed when FC BAYBURT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Konig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jiang Shu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 51st minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Herz in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jiang Shu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexander Weigl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sepp Mainville tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes in the game, Gilles Clerc fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jiang Shu having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jonas Herz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jiang Shu was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 65th minute Alexander Weigl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Mainville saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Jan Giacomozzi got a free kick in the 71st minute. Zelg FC made a substitution. Rodolphe Blazsovies replaced Irwin Monney. The supporters of FC BAYBURT booed when Zelg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Giacomozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Traugott. After 78 minutes FC BAYBURT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albain Furst who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Albain Furst got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jiang Shu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sepp Mainville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Weigl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilles Clerc in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jiang Shu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 82nd minute, Jonas Herz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zelg FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
