Åsnes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Asmund Normann ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to FRANK's Martin Rogne getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Hugo Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Steckamp in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Truls Roll sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Moraes skillfully saved the ball. Hugo Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Steckamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Truls Roll made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FRANK's Martin Rogne. The supporters of Åsnes booed when FRANK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wout Gheysen didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Snorre Bredal made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Åsnes's Al Wieczorek made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute, Åsnes's Jarl Rossebø dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Åsnes's Johannes Eklund was substituted for Zhu Cheng Guo. FRANK's Hugo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kálmán Pádár in the 71st minute of play. In the 90th minute Kálmán Pádár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roald Engebakken during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugo Moraes made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Al Wieczorek sent off a good shot on target. Åsnes played a much better game than FRANK and deserved their victory. The FRANK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
