During this time team pollen's players had a chance to rest. team pollen's Inge Børseth was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leif Opdal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. August Bergsland hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ali Nejat Özsungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Opdal having to interfere. In the 19thth minute of the game Ali Nejat Özsungur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Durvalino Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Østbye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leif Opdal was a little too slow when Jonatan Dorio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. Leif Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nejat Özsungur, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Kai Østbye came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Brufoss IL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kai Østbye couldn't finish the play. After 40 minutes, Ali Nejat Özsungur made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Ole-Kristian Lekven was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brufoss IL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave team pollen the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Ole-Kristian Lekven got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Ali Nejat Özsungur lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Leif Opdal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frode Tobiassen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to team pollen getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Brage Tvedt hit a great ball. Leif Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nejat Özsungur, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Leif Opdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simen Figenschou in the 57th minute of the match. August Bergsland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Durvalino Borges made a huge save. Brufoss IL's Asbjørn Sigurdsen was substituted for Anders Elstad. Christer Ribe hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Leif Opdal came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by team pollen's Ali Nejat Özsungur. But to his dismay, Ali Nejat Özsungur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When team pollen's Ali Nejat Özsungur in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brufoss IL's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ali Nejat Özsungur put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leif Opdal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Østbye got free with Durvalino Borges in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Kenneth Heistad. After 84 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Kenneth Heistad. The supporters of Brufoss IL booed when team pollen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Aalvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brufoss IL's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
