Anier Gaspard hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, C.A.Esparta's Sven-Hendrik Ohmer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prospero Shepherd made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in QUASAR AZULGRANA's zone, Sven-Hendrik Ohmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Shepherd came out of the goal and Sven-Hendrik Ohmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 minutes, Jeronimo Isadore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the QUASAR AZULGRANA and the C.A.Esparta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prospero Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 20th minute of play forced QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Prospero Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by David Beckham got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Evelio Salvadore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Isadore in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Humberto Gartxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Sven-Hendrik Ohmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Shepherd was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Prospero Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prospero Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute Jeronimo Isadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Salvadore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

QUASAR AZULGRANA's Eriberto Lizer was substituted for Humberto Gartxot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anier Gaspard to strike the kick off in the second half. Tiburcio Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Prospero Shepherd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior was substituted for Sven-Hendrik Ohmer. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo Junior in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Jeronimo Isadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th match minute, QUASAR AZULGRANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Oswaldo Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Tiburcio Guillelmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Gaspard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Evelio Salvadore made a huge save. In the 92nd minute, Jeronimo Isadore had to leave the field with a concussion. Tiburcio Guillelmo charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiburcio Guillelmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, C.A.Esparta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Guillelmo to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Guillelmo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.A.Esparta fully deserved thier win.
