With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pipo Benedetto in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Vimaro saved La Maquina 9-12-18 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Fróðmar Hendrickx got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes in the game Igor Ignazio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Albert Gaardahl. If Pipo Benedetto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun got control of the ball when Carmelo Vachon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Solomon Okoronkwo. Mauricio Erramun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Vachon in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Igor Ignazio got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mauricio Erramun came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by La Maquina 9-12-18's Carmelo Vachon. But to his dismay, Carmelo Vachon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Stat Veritas FC's Wincent Lizewski was substituted for Aktaç Kutyan. Stat Veritas FC made a substitution. Emilio Ihintza replaced Solomon Okoronkwo. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciriaco Tanio to strike the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on La Maquina 9-12-18's corner Joaquin Lopez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mauricio Erramun quite easily take care of the ball.
