Roman Iza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolás Veloso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Nicolás Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. berretaweres's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolás Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Iza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sing Mano came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Gallegos Unidos's Oscar Iyan. But to his dismay, Oscar Iyan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 16th match minute, Rio Gallegos Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Gilen to maneuver through the defense. Rio Gallegos Unidos's Roman Iza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Haimar in the 17th minute of play. berretaweres's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonathan Haimar in the 21st minute. Ubaldo Gilen charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ubaldo Gilen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, one of Rio Gallegos Unidos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rio Gallegos Unidos. The goalkeeper, Roman Iza, was totally fooled by berretaweres's Javier Iraitz, who 23 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ignacy Pyrzyce charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rio Gallegos Unidos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Javier Iraitz scored to the left of an out of position Roman Iza, making the score, 3-1. After having played for 33 minutes, Nicolás Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. berretaweres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolás Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Iyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Gogo Sein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. berretaweres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Sein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Iraitz to make the kick off. If Fabricio Jago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Nicolás Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The berretaweres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. The supporters of Rio Gallegos Unidos booed when berretaweres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball.
