Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mehmet Efe Keşif kicked off to start the match. Cui Gang Qiang was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. ESQUIU FC's Isidro Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Hats in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Hats in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidro Pacho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Yala's Zeledon Curcio got control of the ball when Cristian-Gustavo Leiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Claude. After a defensive mix-up in Yala's zone, Atilano Basualdo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Curcio came out of the goal and Atilano Basualdo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidro Pacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Bizen in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes ESQUIU FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agustin Pello who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Agustin Pello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidro Pacho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, Yala's goalkeeper Zeledon Curcio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilano Basualdo. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Zeledon Curcio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yala's goalkeeper Zeledon Curcio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the match ESQUIU FC got a corner. Yala's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Josef Klintæus ran over to the corner to take the kick. Armando Ritchie hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Zeledon Curcio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Josef Klintæus. A collision led to Yala getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ramon Abarca hit a great ball. Zeledon Curcio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Josef Klintæus. Zeledon Curcio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atilano Basualdo in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian-Gustavo Leiva in the 48th minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Zeledon Curcio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Igor Hats made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Osoro during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes ESQUIU FC got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Osoro. Zeledon Curcio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Efe Keşif in the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Yala defense, Cui Gang Qiang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Curcio. The Yala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Curcio should have stopped the shot. ESQUIU FC's Mehmet Efe Keşif got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yala's Armando Ritchie got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Mehmet Efe Keşif who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yala's Zeledon Curcio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isidro Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Pinto in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Efe Keşif in the 69th minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Zeledon Curcio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Curcio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidro Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Valentine in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Armando Ritchie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Basualdo took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Curcio. Zeledon Curcio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. ESQUIU FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Yala for a fine match.
