Jesus Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe George having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Bernabe George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernabe George didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jesus Casado went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Jesus Casado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TalleresUnited fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. The supporters of TalleresUnited booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jesus Casado might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernabe George. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jesus Casado ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Casado in the 77th minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Bernabe George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Padro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bernabe George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TalleresUnited's Pablo Domeka was substituted for Felix Abad. TalleresUnited's Eustaquio Chago was substituted for Ivan Jacindo. 83 minutes into the match, Jesus Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernabe George. Sarmiento de Resistencia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jesus Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 87th minute, Agustin Cayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes of play, TalleresUnited's John Fredriksson made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernabe George was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nemesio Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Jesus Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe George saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TalleresUnited had played much better football throughout.
