David Dewulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Fidencio in the 51st minute of play. David Dewulf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olli Fiedler in the 54th minute of the match. Alvaro Pagomaris short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Robert Davison to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 61st minute Alberto Fidencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Dewulf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martins Palermo replaced Olli Fiedler. 67 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's Alfredo Vaiani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Dewulf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 played minutes The Waldos got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Pagomari. Martins Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. David Dewulf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Davison made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Marin Ştefănescu sent off a good shot on target.
