The supporters of Ripa FC booed when Scotland 1873 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronald Jeffrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos got control of the ball when Gu Chang Peng tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scotland 1873's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Magnus Löfdahl was slow to take the kick. During this time Ripa FC's players had a chance to rest. Ripa FC's Aldo Mannie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Arixo in the 17th minute of play. Aldo Mannie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Pelayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Gonzo came free, but Aldo Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ripa FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gu Chang Peng hit a great ball. Aldo Mannie came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Scotland 1873's Ermegildo Leocadio. But to his dismay, Ermegildo Leocadio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 39 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's Gu Chang Peng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Breno Bastos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ripa FC made a substitution. Placido Pero replaced Romain Declerck. After taking down the ball on Ripa FC's corner Magnus Löfdahl fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Breno Bastos quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Gu Chang Peng made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gu Chang Peng made a precise shot to the right of Breno Bastos. Scotland 1873's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Magnus Löfdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Breno Bastos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gu Chang Peng's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The corner was taken by Franz Grassme in the 73rd minute. The corner led Ripa FC's Prospero Tomi to fire away a dangerous shot which Breno Bastos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Breno Bastos came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ripa FC's Prospero Tomi. But to his dismay, Prospero Tomi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Bochini in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 77th minute of play forced Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Scotland 1873 getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Conrado Tebaldo hit a great ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Franz Grassme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ripa FC's zone, Leonel Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Mannie came out of the goal and Leonel Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Breno Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franz Grassme in the 86th minute of play. In the 88thth minute of the game Franz Grassme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aldo Mannie was a little too slow when Ermegildo Leocadio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 5-3.
