In the 15th minute of the match Defensores de Lombroso got a corner. ZarA A.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Godfredo Gau ran over to the corner to take the kick. 19 minutes into the match, ZarA A.C's goalkeeper Eustaquio Tulio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Gau. In the 19th minute, Defensores de Lombroso's Godfredo Gau dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Elian Müller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Eustaquio Tulio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Federico Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Teodoro Rey came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the ZarA A.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Rey couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Defensores de Lombroso booed when ZarA A.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Teofilo Ubendu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Paulin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. ZarA A.C's Eustaquio Tulio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save ZarA A.C from getting a goal against them. Defensores de Lombroso's Elian Müller got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Feraru in the 40th minute of play forced Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Denis Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ZarA A.C's Eustaquio Tulio got control of the ball when Godfredo Gau tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Gau got free with Eustaquio Tulio in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roman Riquelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Eustaquio Tulio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elian Müller, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Denis Paulin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Rey. When Uriel Ferrer came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Defensores de Lombroso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Ferrer couldn't finish the play. Teofilo Ubendu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Denis Paulin made a huge save. Eustaquio Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Pirro in the 84th minute of play. Eustaquio Tulio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Pirro went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. In the 93rdth minute of the game Uriel Ferrer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZarA A.C's Eustaquio Tulio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Defensores de Lombroso had played much better football throughout.
