A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. Ask Stamnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marsilam Sangaji in the 4th minute of the match. Jonatan Eguzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Tano in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the game Benito Jerrold made a throw-in which Donato Trentini played forward. Ask Stamnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marsilam Sangaji, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes Boulogne F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldemar Okopny who took care of the corner kick. When Marsilam Sangaji, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 12 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ask Stamnes was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 15th minute Marsilam Sangaji shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ask Stamnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Waldemar Okopny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A nice corner shot did that Clodoveo Orlin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ask Stamnes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 24 minutes into the game, Marsilam Sangaji cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ask Stamnes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marsilam Sangaji in the 33rd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Marsilam Sangaji made a precise shot to the right of Ask Stamnes. Boulogne F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Unidad de Matanza fully deserved thier win.
