After taking down the ball on Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's corner Cumhur Günay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Howie Devaud quite easily take care of the ball. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Afonso da Cunha was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Afonso da Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Irrompibles's Howie Devaud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Ferrer in the 40th minute of the match. Howie Devaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha in the 42nd minute of play. If Afonso da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Ferrer, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano LOS PIRATAS from getting a goal against them. Los Irrompibles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Hartz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
