With a little luck, Los Playmobil FC's Matías Patrone got control of the ball when Miguel Ángel Benito tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 12th minute of play forced Los Playmobil FC's goalkeeper Matías Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Conrado Ugaitz in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Playmobil FC's Karol Kisel. Miguel Ángel Benito hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Miguel Ángel Benito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matías Patrone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cascadia United defense, Edmundo Mendes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Rocco. The Cascadia United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Rocco should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute of the match Los Playmobil FC got a corner. Cascadia United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cipriano Lauren ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Playmobil FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Lauren in the 39th minute. It was a well-played corner which Diguinho Paraense managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 41 minutes into the game, Karol Kisel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cascadia United's Baltasar Piorno quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Cascadia United made a substitution. Constantino Neto replaced Abel Neron. Baltasar Piorno kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 63 minutes of play, Los Playmobil FC's Edmundo Mendes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Rocco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Leonel Rocco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cascadia United's Agustin Bittor was substituted for Leopold Greve. 71 minutes into the game, Hernan Su threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cascadia United's Conrado Ugaitz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 73rd minute, Cipriano Lauren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Mendes got free with Leonel Rocco in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Mendes in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Rocco saved Cascadia United from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Miguel Ángel Benito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matías Patrone. Los Playmobil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Ángel Benito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Los Playmobil FC made a substitution. Nicasio Rito replaced Ildefonso Platini. Los Playmobil FC made a substitution. Baltasar Lalla replaced Aureliano Heriberto. Baltasar Lalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Leonel Rocco made a huge save. Miguel Ángel Benito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Los Playmobil FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Playmobil FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
