But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baiona Encinas couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ubaldo Cambiasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. BAIRES's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Cambiasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan Saraiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Maximiliano Bilintx sped through BAIRES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anibal Cambiasso. BAIRES's Anibal Cambiasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save BAIRES from getting a goal against them. Anibal Cambiasso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Bilintx in the 26th minute. After 28 minutes BAIRES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cemalettin Acunman who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ReAl Coholicos's corner Cemalettin Acunman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anibal Cambiasso quite easily take care of the ball. Allan Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Cambiasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Maximiliano Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baiona Encinas in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Cambiasso saved BAIRES from getting behind. The supporters of ReAl Coholicos booed when BAIRES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Cambiasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Gorka charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Gorka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, one of BAIRES:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BAIRES. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Baiona Encinas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BAIRES's Anibal Cambiasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Cambiasso got free with Allan Saraiva in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anibal Cambiasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiona Encinas, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. ReAl Coholicos's Allan Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Cambiasso in the 75th minute of play. After some careless play in the BAIRES defense, Maximiliano Bilintx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Cambiasso. The BAIRES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Cambiasso should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Baiona Encinas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Anibal Cambiasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ubaldo Cambiasso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Allan Saraiva made a huge save. Raimundo Cambiasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Allan Saraiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Cambiasso ran back to his position shaking his head. ReAl Coholicos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cemalettin Acunman in the 90th minute. After taking down the ball on ReAl Coholicos's corner Cemalettin Acunman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anibal Cambiasso quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, ReAl Coholicos's Atilano Naelio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ReAl Coholicos had played much better football throughout.
