With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Basualdo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iason Plexioudas saved NeW York CitY CopS from getting behind. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gustavo Quentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Lobo charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Lobo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Javi Milei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Massó having to interfere. Agustin Dubardo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes NeW York CitY CopS got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Brudnicki. Jonas Orlondon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iason Plexioudas. NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. NeW York CitY CopS's Iason Plexioudas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Cugat Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 33rd minute of play forced NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Iason Plexioudas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, PLUMIN's Bartolo Basualdo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iason Plexioudas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iason Plexioudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Iason Plexioudas came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by PLUMIN's Cugat Paredes. But to his dismay, Cugat Paredes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of NeW York CitY CopS booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

PLUMIN made a substitution. Beto Alonso replaced Cugat Paredes. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Basualdo to make the kick off. Iason Plexioudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 57th minute of play forced NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Iason Plexioudas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iason Plexioudas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Basualdo in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Iason Plexioudas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Alonso. With a little luck, NeW York CitY CopS's Iason Plexioudas got control of the ball when Beto Alonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Aldo Rito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, NeW York CitY CopS's Higinio Arias got a free kick in the 70th minute. NeW York CitY CopS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Bartolo Basualdo scored to the left of an out of position Iason Plexioudas, making the score, 0-3. In the 75th minute Bartolo Basualdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Bartolo Basualdo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iason Plexioudas. NeW York CitY CopS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Basualdo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 82nd minute Bartolo Basualdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, NeW York CitY CopS's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Basualdo came free, but Iason Plexioudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match, Leon Lobo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iason Plexioudas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Higinio Arias was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Iason Plexioudas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Ayala in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Eguzki got free with Iason Plexioudas in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PLUMIN played a much better game than NeW York CitY CopS and deserved their victory. The NeW York CitY CopS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
