Jairo Deunoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Antonio Canal made a huge save. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Eriberto Berger sped through Caballeritos del Baile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angelo Urtsua. 17 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Deunoro came free, but Antonio Canal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Urtsua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Caballeritos del Baile were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Internet XAire's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Peio took the corner. Angelo Urtsua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Berger in the 37th minute of the match. Angelo Urtsua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the game, Danilo Ceandro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Internet XAire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caballeritos del Baile the free kick. One of Internet XAire:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Caballeritos del Baile:s goal. In the 47th minute, the referee gave Caballeritos del Baile a penalty. Marcelo Peio looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Antonio Canal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingo Urki to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Elia to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Canal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Internet XAire's goalkeeper Antonio Canal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 63 played minutes Caballeritos del Baile got a freekick which was hit by Damián Martínez. Internet XAire's Antonio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Deunoro in the 65th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Internet XAire's Angelo Urtsua threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eriberto Berger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Moises Sugoi got a free kick in the 69th minute. Internet XAire's Antonio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Deunoro in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Sugoi to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Canal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Deunoro in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Caballeritos del Baile were awarded a corner. Marcelo Peio went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcelo Peio made a great header on Caballeritos del Baile's corner, it was just that Internet XAire's Antonio Canal managed to reach the ball for a save. When Jairo Deunoro came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Caballeritos del Baile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Deunoro couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Lázaro Elia got a free kick in the 86th minute. Modesto Fernendo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Angelo Urtsua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Internet XAire. Modesto Fernendo took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Urtsua. Angelo Urtsua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caballeritos del Baile fans cheered their team off the field, for while Internet XAire had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
