Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Gilabert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute Victorio Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Tartalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to AL TOKE FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Victorio Cortez hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, C. A. Balnearia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Emilio Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Blasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Frantzes got free with Denis Gilabert in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A. Balnearia's Abelardo Vistruario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Gilabert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evelio Blasi was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Joaquin Luken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AL TOKE FC and the C. A. Balnearia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AL TOKE FC's Joaquin Luken got a free kick in the 51st minute. Guillermo Cuartio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Emilio Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Blasi in the 59th minute of play. After 61 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Luken. The audience was convinced that Tugay Özyurek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Gilabert was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. With a little luck, C. A. Balnearia's Emilio Tartalo got control of the ball when Evelio Blasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, AL TOKE FC's Evelio Blasi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Tartalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the match, AL TOKE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tugay Özyurek came free, but Denis Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, C. A. Balnearia's goalkeeper Emilio Tartalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evelio Blasi. C. A. Balnearia's Severino Nuxila was substituted for Abelardo Vistruario. 74 minutes into the game, Evelio Blasi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilio Tartalo. Evelio Blasi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 77th match minute, AL TOKE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Luken to maneuver through the defense. C. A. Balnearia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Evelio Blasi scored to the left of an out of position Emilio Tartalo, making the score, 0-3. C. A. Balnearia made a substitution. Lino Abechuco replaced Tugay Özyurek. AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Abechuco in the 87th minute of play. Evelio Blasi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Emilio Tartalo made a huge save. Severino Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Denis Gilabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The AL TOKE FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AL TOKE FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
