The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Altos Gatos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andres Barto in the 8th minute. Altos Gatos FC's Dinç Tuncay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Turgut Talha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kerimhan Özonder took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Turgut Talha. Turgut Talha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13thth minute of the game Shi Qian Peng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Shi Qian Peng came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Altos Gatos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shi Qian Peng couldn't finish the play. Vacid Nefer took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Kiliz. Christian Kiliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper Christian Kiliz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's Shi Qian Peng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turgut Talha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Shi Qian Peng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Turgut Talha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Club Deportivo Español's Flavio Botello managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matias Panpili in the 39 minute of the game. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Español's goalkeeper Turgut Talha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Shi Qian Peng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altos Gatos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shi Qian Peng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Matias Panpili with Shi Qian Peng as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 56th minute Vacid Nefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Christian Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vacid Nefer in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Vacid Nefer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Altos Gatos FC made a substitution. Javier Santo replaced Shi Qian Peng. After 65 played minutes Club Deportivo Español got a freekick which was hit by Vacid Nefer. 66 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Español's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Santo came free, but Turgut Talha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Carolo Abancens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altos Gatos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Abancens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carolo Abancens in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Turgut Talha saved Club Deportivo Español from getting behind. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha got control of the ball when Javier Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Andres Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgut Talha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turgut Talha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Turgut Talha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Abancens in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Deportivo Español's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andres Barto was slow to take the kick. During this time Altos Gatos FC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Español's Jose Sein got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Español from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute of the match, Carolo Abancens tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Turgut Talha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 90th match minute, Club Deportivo Español was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Sein to maneuver through the defense. Turgut Talha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Abancens in the 95th minute of the match.
