Tobiasz Brodzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dawid Nakonieczny made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beniamin Gardocki got free with Dawid Nakonieczny in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beniamin Gardocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Dawid Nakonieczny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dawid Nakonieczny was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cyryl Gleba showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After 10 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Roman Rode. Tobiasz Brodzki succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 12th playminute. After 14 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Gianluca Scamacca. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Cyryl Gleba got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Cyryl Gleba came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FC Latające Siekiery fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyryl Gleba couldn't finish the play. FC Latające Siekiery's Beniamin Gardocki got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dawid Nakonieczny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beniamin Gardocki in the 28th minute. FC Latające Siekiery were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Oleszak took the corner. The corner led FC Latające Siekiery's Dawid Oleszak to fire away a dangerous shot which Dawid Nakonieczny despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Gleba came free, but Dawid Nakonieczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernand Rüttimann charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernand Rüttimann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A booed when FC Latające Siekiery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernand Rüttimann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafal Adamski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Kornasiewicz in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Hugon Kornasiewicz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Latające Siekiery's Rafal Adamski. Rafal Adamski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gianluca Scamacca to make the kick off. Barnaba Ryback kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Cyryl Gleba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beniamin Gardocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Latające Siekiery booed when KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Mena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Tobiasz Brodzki came free, but Dawid Nakonieczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
