The Piast Leszczyny fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Zenon Pleban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Barowicz in the 44th minute of the match. Jedrzej Rudy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartlomiej Buczko in the 45th minute. Sylwester Opat kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Legia Warszawa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Piast Leszczyny were winning 1-2.

Zenon Pleban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Golembiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Witomir Blicharz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Beniamin Golembiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Pleban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piast Leszczyny's Dominik Barowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karol Tomiczek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68thth minute of the game Dominik Barowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legia Warszawa's Zenon Pleban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Legia Warszawa getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Karol Tomiczek hit a great ball. Zenon Pleban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Golembiewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the last second Zenon Pleban throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dominik Barowicz in the 95thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliusz Tylenda in the 96th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Zenon Pleban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piast Leszczyny's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feliks Pasterski in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Piast Leszczyny walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
