Du didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from César Matos went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A.A. Pędzący Bimber reached it. Du took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barney Barns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched NDVX eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
