Bernard Zajac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Mihail Petelkov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bernard Zajac was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rafal Szostak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernard Zajac having to make a save. Tor Lund hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Tor Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Zajac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tadeusz Gejda in the 22nd minute. After taking down the ball on Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca's corner Tor Lund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernard Zajac quite easily take care of the ball. Bernard Zajac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Szostak in the 25th minute of the match. Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Gruszowiec's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tadeusz Gejda took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gruszowiec's goalie and right to Radoslaw Olender. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gruszowiec's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Petelkov in the 31st minute of play forced Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Rafal Szostak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Rafal Szostak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ignacy Bubczyk struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Reinhard Nymo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gruszowiec. The supporters of Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca booed when Gruszowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawel Panasewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Radoslaw Olender hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Mihail Petelkov notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac. Bernard Zajac was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dominik Walczak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca's Reinhard Nymo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Walczak in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac got control of the ball when Rafal Szostak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafal Szostak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Zajac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Szostak in the 61st minute of the match. Reinhard Nymo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca's Bernard Olchawa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pawel Panasewicz, made in the 94th minute of the game. Bernard Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Polkoski in the 96th minute of play. The Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Myśl szkoleniowa Chowańca would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
