In the 5thth minute of the game Baldemar Losantos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bartolo Cordoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Moya having to interfere. In the 15th minute Gav Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Maignan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Manuel Moya successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Baldemar Losantos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Manuel Moya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Coronel Durango kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Baldemar Losantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Uzumaki FC booed when Murcia Promesas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosario Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reno Fonticoba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Moya having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Uzumaki FC's Salbatore Ramis got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reno Fonticoba in the 39th minute of play forced Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper Manuel Moya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldemar Losantos in the 40th minute of play. Mike Maignan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gav Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Murcia Promesas's Joel Sirvent got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gav Smith to strike the kick off in the second half. Hondo Perpiñán's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Moya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Mike Maignan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Escobar in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Uzumaki FC's Salbatore Ramis got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper Manuel Moya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Murcia Promesas's Tome Martin was substituted for Ziggy Zaga. Murcia Promesas made a substitution. Abram Elano replaced Gav Smith. Uzumaki FC were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Murcia Promesas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baldemar Losantos took the corner. 77 minutes into the match, Murcia Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Baldemar Losantos came free, but Manuel Moya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
