After the first half SC Pfullendorf were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
SC Pfullendorf's Czeslaw Wallach was substituted for Geovanni Araújo. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Czeslaw Wallach to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Belo Alvarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. SC Pfullendorf's Mano Rota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Otero in the 56th minute of play. Mano Rota came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo. But to his dismay, Erlantz Bermejo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nereo Acosta made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emmanuel Otero however managed to control. Mano Rota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when SC Pfullendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Ibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mano Rota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erlantz Bermejo went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez was substituted for Erlantz Bermejo. SC Pfullendorf's Hussein Bellido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Laurin Mangas, made in the 80th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Antunez in the 85th minute of play forced SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Mano Rota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Pfullendorf's Adrian Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A.D. Alcorcón walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
